Warranty

All of our fountains come with a 1 year warranty and this is extended to 2 years if we install it ourselves.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects, motor issues that are not caused by misuse or lack of maintenance and pump performance issues that are a result of the product not working as advertised. Warranties do not cover a pump failure caused by blockages.

Like any fountain they require regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent blockages from leaves, debris or algae.

We also recommend removing the pump from the water in the winter months especially if there is a frost.

Other warranty exclusions are accidental damage and improper installation which includes using an inadequate electricity supply.

 

Returns

In the event that your fountain should stop working within it’s warranty period please contact us and we will arrange to have it collected for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If we can’t repair your fountain then a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
